This production line is mainly used for producing decorative products such as PE microcellular foam products on outdoor beach chairs. The extruder components adopt a unique screw design to avoid high shear and over plasticization of raw materials. The surface wood grain texture of the produced products is unique and obvious, and the products are not deformed, fade, fireproof, anti-corrosion, insect proof, anti-aging and UV resistant. According to the size of the product cross-section, the model generally adopts a 65 single screw extruder, a 75 single screw extruder, or a 90 single screw extruder, equipped with YF240 profile auxiliary production line, to form a standard beach chair profile extrusion production line.
